Handling selected information (code) in the IDE

This issue is to implement the necessary changes to support the ability to select code in a file that is open in the IDE and make this selection available to the Workflow service to be accounted for as context while processing the user prompt.

Both specific files and code snippet selections should be selectable and available as context.
