Permission to view custom attributes (or groups and project details)

Customers rely on custom attributes for groups, projects, and users to match with their external systems. Knowing these attributes can help troubleshoot access.

Proposal

Permission to view "Groups and Projects" so a user with a custom admin role can see group/project details page which holds the custom attributes section.
