Work items - Breadcrumbs can get stuck unexpanded

Breadcrumb does not resize back to it's original layout

1. ✅ When the page is resized smaller, the breadcrumb goes into it's truncated state
2. ❌ When the page is resized from small to wide, the breadcrumb stays in it's truncated state
3. Expected, breadcrumb expands back to it's standard layout if there is space.
