Hide or highlight features in GitLab that are not available for the product offering
Proposal
Gitlab currently has three product offerings:
Currently, our documentation describes which of the three Offerings a particular feature is available for. However some of these features also are available in the GitLab UI and Admin UI before they are available in the relevant product offering.
An example would be GitLab Duo Self-Hosted which is currently only available on self-managed but is also visible for configuration for GitLab Dedicated.
On GitLab Dedicated the following Admin view is accessible which leads to confusion about the feature availability:
This can lead to confusion, and we should either hide features that are not available yet in the particular product offering or provide some indicator like a banner or other visual clue of the feature not yet being available.
