Current issue / work item context unavailable to Duo Chat in the GitLab UI

Duo Chat in the UI does not seem to have context of the issue or work item I'm currently viewing.

Current behavior

Currently, Duo Chat in the UI does not automatically have awareness of the issue or work item context that the user is viewing.

Environment

• GitLab Duo Chat in GitLab UI

Expected behavior

Duo Chat should be able to understand and reference the current issue or work item context when used within the GitLab UI.

It might be that work-items are not supported although we had implemented support for them:
