Lower http timeout for AuditEventStreamingWorker

In this comment it was noticed that we have many cases of AuditEvents::AuditEventStreamingWorker taking >10s. This issue is to track lowering the timeout to something a bit more reasonable, since this worker is consuming a lot queue time due its high volume.
