Problem to solve

• 'Delete environment' menu action not using design tokens
• This will prevent the Environments > List view from adapting properly to dark mode.

Proposal

• Address the finding on the Environments > List view. The specific solution may require discussion between design and engineering.
• Designers from groupdesign system have the following guidance:
  • On the Stopped tab, the Delete environment action isn't using the correct design tokens.
