Problem to solve

• Border not using design tokens
• This will prevent the Release > Details view from adapting properly to dark mode.

Proposal

• Address the finding on the Release > Details view. The specific solution may require discussion between design and engineering.
• Designers from groupdesign system have the following guidance:
  • This border could use gl.border.color.subtle.
