Confusing UI/UX of Jira Integration Settings

Proposal

The indentation of the Jira settings can be misleading. Customer (Internal ticket) was confused by this - they assumed by unchecking the top level box, the sub-settings should be disabled too but this is not the case. Customer needs to disable the bottom setting (Enable Jira transition) individually.
