Organize GitLab Duo features into its own documentation tables (3 categories)

As our AI feature set grows, it's become necessary to clearly distinguish between GitLab Duo Code suggestion, Duo Chat (chat-specific features), and other Duo features.

We should move each into its own documentation table to improve clarity and maintainability.

The aim is to create three tables:

  • Duo Code Suggestions Features
  • Duo Chat Features
  • Other Duo Features

These will be designed to reflect the following UI table.

  • Prevent confusion between chat, non-chat features
  • Support upcoming additions like subfeatures
