Background

We previously took the approach of hiding the full screen button in the Markdown editor from modals and drawers as it resulted in broken experiences. However it's unexpected that this would be unavailable based on context and may be beneficial in these limited views.

Proposal

• Full screen buttons available in all contexts
• Full screen buttons work the same in all contexts
