Copy note url incorrect within the drawer view while on an epic detail page

Summary

While within an epic detail view, when a linked item of a WIT which is not epic is loaded in the drawer, and the user copies the link from a comment in the record, the copied url contains epic in the path rather than work_items, thereby throwing a 404 when trying to load the url.
