Proposal

We have enabled the functionality for Pure SSH Transfer here and have completed the Epic for supporting that function in GitLab-Shell: Support the pure SSH-based LFS protocol for git... (&11872 - closed)

This issue is created to understand whether or not we can enable this functionality on GitLab.com.
