Transition dark mode to beta

• We're ready to declare that dark mode is in "beta"
• The UI and docs need to reflect this

Proposal

• Update the copy on https://gitlab.com/-/profile/preferences to note that dark mode is "Beta", not "Experimental"
• Update https://docs.gitlab.com/user/profile/preferences/#dark-mode to indicate that dark mode is in beta
