Problem to solve

In the latest dependency scanning template we source the image from $CI_TEMPLATE_REGISTRY_HOST/security-products/dependency-scanning:v0. If this registry host is anything, but registry.gitlab.com (the default), then this will fail unless they have mirrored the images to this new host. We'll need to update the Secure-Binaries template so that it automatically downloads this image.
