Add proper 'Search has failed' screen for zoekt multi-result search

Background

We need to add proper search failed screen.

zoekt (with zoekt_multimatch_frontend)	zoekt (without zoekt_multimatch_frontend)

Proposal

We do have a warning that search has failed. But we should have a proper full size page.
