Missing Last Used IP Address Information for PAT/GrAT/PrAT/Impersonation tokens

Summary

When viewing token usage information, the data for the Last Used IPs column is empty.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Create a personal access token
  2. Use the token
  3. Observe the IPs are not rendered when viewing token usage information

What is the current bug behavior?

No IPs are shown.

What is the expected correct behavior?

The last five distinct IP addresses are shown.

Original description:

I'm on the latest GitLab self-hosted 17.9.1 and I've enabled the feature flag pat_ip but the last used IP addresses are still not shown in the UI. Is there anything else I need to do to make this work?
