[Feedback] Expanded Chat Sub-Feature Configuration

GitLab 17.10 released with beta support for expanded Gitlab Duo Chat sub-feature configuration on GitLab Duo Self-Hosted.

This issue is to provide feedback on GitLab Duo Self-Hosted support for expanded sub-feature configuration for GitLab Duo Chat. This feature enables self-managed customers to choose the best models for their organization for each sub-feature of GitLab Duo Chat.
