Inline diff deletion and addition highlighting

Problem

https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ee/merge_requests/4789 implements diff viewing in the Web IDE. The diffs in there highlight specific characters within the content that have been changed.

This information is missing in our normal diffing throughout the application.
