Add runtime and infrastructure level metrics to Security report

We can add some runtime and infrastructure level metrics to the Security report:

• Mean/Median/Max CPU usage
• Mean/Median/Max Memory usage
• Max Go routines / threads spawned
• (Go analysers) Number of GC cycles
