Quick actions not working as expected in incidents

Relate

 /relate says link is added, but then it doesn't add it. It only works when I use the Add button.

The logs are showing the request returns 200 , so it's silently failing 

Labels

/label seems to work, /unlabel can't auto-complete the label that I want to remove.
