Allow users to set a preferred default sort order for groups and for projects
Description
(Include problem, use cases, benefits, and/or goals) For the user who follows a moderately large number (more than one page) of groups or projects, it is an annoying extra pair of clicks to sort them in the preferred order every time one returns to the list of groups or the list of projects within a group.
Note: Not sure whether there is in addition a bug that on initial display of projects in a group, the page has a sort order checked (last created), but the projects are in fact NOT sorted in that order.
Proposal
Option 1: Allow the user to set a preferred sort order (such as by name or by last used) as a default, in the user preferences. One for the groups and one for the projects (whether filtered by "My projects" or by being projects in a specific group). Option 2: Once the user has selected a sort order for the Groups list or for a Projects list, make it sticky for that page, for the browser session.
