Deploy Gitaly on GKE with Containerd v2.1.0
With the upstream Containerd PR merged, we can try building Containerd from the main branch, replacing the default version in GKE with our custom build, and deploy Gitaly. This will provide better insights into the requirements and help prevent any last-minute surprises.
