User search does not show invitees for shared groups

Problem to solve

User search does not show users that the logged-in user can see in group/project members via group invitation.

The invitee can see members of the group their invited to but the users in the original group can't see members that are invited.

Proposal

Find out if we should show users part of a group that is invited to a group the logged-in user belongs to or not.

If yes, implement a fix for the command palette and for group level search for both basic and advanced search.
