/api/v4/projects/{project_id}/access_tokens search is not working

Summary

search parameter in projects access_tokens api list does not filter

Steps to reproduce

• create 2 project tokens with different names
• search for one of the tokens by their name over the api
• both tokens are returned regardless of the search parameter
• e.g. https://gitlab.com/api/v4/projects/67665196/access_tokens?state=active&search=another should only return tokens that contain another in the name

What is the current bug behavior?

The API returns all tokens not just the ones containing the value of the search parameter

What is the expected correct behavior?

The API should only return tokens containing the value of the search parameter in their name.
