Investigate impact of Gitpod SaaS sunsetting on GitLab integrations
With the classic Gitpod SaaS experience scheduled to be sunset on April 1, 2025, we need to assess how this change affects our existing integrations within the GitLab UI. Specifically, we should verify whether the functionality tied to the "Edit" button on the Project page and the "Code" button on the Merge Request page will continue to work as expected.
Key Questions:
- Will these integrations continue to function without modification after Gitpod SaaS is sunset?
- Do they rely on Gitpod-hosted infrastructure or endpoints that will no longer be available?
- If modifications are required, what are they?
