All threads resolved , but still Merge is blocked by a check that says "The Changes requested must be resolved"

Steps to reproduce :

1. coder push any code and create a merge Request
2. ask Reviewer to add comment and request a change (take > 1 e.g 3 review changes requested)
3. the coder click on "resolve thread" and push the new changes
4. Now coder see , at top "All Threads Resolved" and at the bottom merge is blocked because one check failed that says "The Changes requested must be resolved"

NOTE : don't take this as any edge case, this can reproduced 1 million times without a miss .

FIX THIS ASAP !
