Infrastructure: Point workspaces domain to Workspaces HTTP server in KAS

Description

Work with infrastructure to point *.gitlab.dev and kas.gitlab.com/workspaces to the Workspaces HTTP server that will be created as part of Tunnel workspaces traffic to appropriate agentw (gitlab-org/cluster-integration/gitlab-agent#688 - closed) .

Acceptance criteria

• DNS entries are added to point to the appropriate endpoints.
