Geo: 10.6 admin status URLs loading with HTTP instead of HTTPS

I suspect this is a regression in https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ee/merge_requests/4536.

The JavaScript console shows:

Content Security Policy: The page’s settings blocked the loading of a resource at http://gprd.gitlab.com/api/v4/geo_nodes/100010/status?refresh=true (“connect-src https://gprd.gitlab.com https://gl-static.global.ssl.fastly.net wss://gitlab.com https://sentry.gitlap.com https://customers.gitlab.com”).
