We need to verify that AI Impact Dashboard works for self-managed instances using self-hosted models.

Steps would be:

• Get access to Clickhouse cloud (need to raise an access request)
• Setup Clickhouse on the self-managed instance that is using self-hosted models as described in https://docs.gitlab.com/integration/clickhouse/#setup
• Verify that AI Impact Dashboard shows the data populated correctly.
