Add ability to "create another issue" in issue creation dialogue

Proposal

I quite often find myself in "issue creation mode" where I want to create a series of issues inside a project. What I'm missing in the current user interface is the ability to create an issue and immediately open a new issue creation dialogue.

Tools such as Jira support this:

In GitLab users currently have to

• "Create issue" (which will display the issue the user has created)
• navigate to "Issues" in the sidebard
• select "Create issue" again

This is pretty laborious when one wants to create five issues in row.
