Individual Stage wise notifications through Emails for custom users within the Project.

Hi GitLab Team,
We are currently using GitLab as our CI/CD solution and would like to request an enhancement to the pipeline notification system. Our Dev teams rely heavily on pipeline notifications, and we have identified a need for more granular notification controls within GitLab.
Specifically, we are requesting the following feature:
Stage-Specific Notifications – The ability to send notifications for individual pipeline stages to relevant users or teams, instead of only receiving notifications for the entire pipeline. This would help teams monitor and act on specific stages that are relevant to their roles.
Currently, GitLab provides pipeline status notifications at a high level (pipeline success/failure) and project-wide notifications. However, these options do not allow for the granularity needed to notify users at the stage level. While custom scripting and external tools can be used as workarounds, a built-in GitLab feature for stage-specific and user-specific pipeline notifications would be highly beneficial for many teams using GitLab.
We kindly request that you consider implementing these features in upcoming releases. If there are any existing roadmap plans or alternatives within GitLab to achieve this functionality, we would appreciate any guidance.
