Gitlab CI/CD managed cloud service Failed to download nuget package caused by timed out because no data was received for 60000ms

Dear Gitlab Team,

We are facing a severe build issue since today 11:00 AM Sofia Time with execution timeout We are using Gitlab Cloud, and currently all our build are failing, and we cannot deploy fix. Below is the reason.
