Add gitlab:zoekt:info rake task

Background

Currently, customers are struggling with understanding what's going on with the Zoekt integration.

Proposal

I believe that we should add gitlab:zoekt:info rake task similar to gitlab:elastic:info that could output useful information for the customers. That can also be beneficial to support engineers.
