(secondary) Add statistics to the token management for service accounts UI

In the tokent management for service accounts UI, add four cards:

• Number of current active tokens
• Number of tokens that are going to expire within the next 2 weeks
• Number of revoked tokens
• Number of expired tokens

Similar to the cards in the Admin > Users page:
