Search/Filter Enterprise Users by Email Address

As an enterprise administrator, I want to be able to search and filter enterprise users by their email addresses, So that I can quickly find and manage specific users within our organization.

Acceptance Criteria:

  1. A search field is available on the enterprise users management page (if it exists - depends which comes first, Enterprise user list pages (#335929) or this issue).
  2. The search field accepts email addresses as input.
  3. As the group owner types an email address, the list of users updates in real-time.
  4. Partial email address matches are supported (e.g., typing "john@" shows all users with email addresses starting with "john@").
  5. The search results display relevant user information, including full name, username, and email address.
  6. The existing filtering options work in conjunction with the email search.
  7. The search function performs efficiently, even with a large number of enterprise users.
  8. Clear error messages are displayed if no users match the search criteria.
  9. A clear button is available to reset the search field and show all users again.
