Release fetch_arkose_data_exchange_payload
Why are we doing this work?
The fetch_arkose_data_exchange_payload feature flag is currently enabled across all environments and has been determined to be safe for full release.
To complete the release, we will:
- Deploy the code that was previously gated by the flag, making it fully available.
- Remove the feature flag.
