Off by one date error for epics and roadmaps

Check this epic: &27 (closed). The dates are Jan 1 to Mar 31.

If you look on the roadmap https://gitlab.com/groups/gitlab-org/-/roadmap, it shows Dec 31 to Mar 30. That's incorrect.
