Custom compliance framework metric

Problem to solve

We are planning on releasing the new version of compliance frameworks in Custom compliance frameworks (&13295 - closed).

With this we want to add metrics to understand user usage and plan next steps.

Proposal

Implement six (6) new metrics:

• # of frameworks with at least 1 requirement
• # of requirements with at least 1 control
• # of requirements that have a policy visually associated with it
• # of projects with a compliance framework with at least 1 requirement and 1 control
• # of controls that change from Pass to Fail
• # of controls that change from Fail to Pass
