Group Level Issue Board
Description
It'd be great if one could see a "Group Level Issue Board" which would show issues for any repositories in the group that are using group-level labels. This would be really handy as many of our projects involve 2 or 3 separate private repos.
Proposal
- add a "Boards" link under the "Issues" nav when at the group detail page.
- allow the board to be filtered by Milestones. ONLY Group level milestones.
- allow customization of the board using only existing group-level labels.
- functionality and UI would operate exactly like repo level issue board.
