Documentation on organizational cluster-agent mapping and access

Description

After the implementation work surrounding this epic has been completed, we would need to update our user-facing docs to reflect the new org auth mapping capabilities. As Organizations are still in beta, we would need to write the documentation assuming "instance level" access rather than "org level access." We have the following existing sections regarding "group" mappings:

• Agent authorization in a group for creating workspaces

• Allow a cluster agent for workspaces in a group

• Remove an allowed cluster agent for workspaces within a group

• Allow the GitLab agent in your group

They should be adapted to include general information on mapping clusters.

Acceptance Criteria

• Workspaces user-facing documentation is updated with references to the ability to map agents to the instance level
