Hide redundant scoped labels in issue boards

Proposal

Redundant labels are hidden in issue board columns #10893 (closed).

• Would love the same for board-scoped labels:

I guess the current limitation is that the filter is implemented in the same way as the regular search filter?

Potential implementation options:

• Hide redundant labels that appear in the current filter and also the board scoped ones
• Hide redundant labels only when the filtered labels match the current board scoped ones
• Hide redundant labels when the current filter specifies a single label (I would combine this with the above)
• Option to Hide all filter labels? (would not use it personally)

I work with a private gitlab instance at work, so please forgive me if this issue is completely outdated and such feature is already implemented!
