Work item create modal doesn't display prefilled project selection by default
Summary
When creating a new related item from the actions menu on Issue work items, we are using the new work items create modal and defaulting the Project selection to the current project the user is in. However, when first opening the modal it doesn't show the selection is being prefilled initially. After a few seconds the project will display (this may be a performance problem).

Address the bug so that it shows the prefilled selection upon the create modal opening.
