• Engineering Productivity team was looking at access token expiration for many tokens
• This team does not exist, and we should now distribute the ownership of access tokens

Goal

• Go through https://internal.gitlab.com/handbook/engineering/infrastructure/engineering-productivity/rotating-credentials/#check-for-tokens-that-are-about-to-expire, and decide which tokens should be managed by groupdevelopment analytics , and which other tokens should be managed by other groups
• Ping any other group that should manage their own access tokens
• Create new documentation for DA in the internal handbook
