Single-file change is not expanded by default

Problem Description

As an MR reviewer, I go to view the Changes tab. This MR only has 1 change. But since it's a giant add, say documentation, it's hidden by default. But this is THE ONLY CHANGE I'm supposed to review.

Thanks for adding a button for me to reveal the changes, but I shouldn't have to. You've added an unnecessary step in my opinion.
