Issues (legacy) - Cannot set initial due date

Summary

When an issue (using legacy issues) does not have a due date set, no due date can be set.

Setting a due date results in the date being shown in the sidebar, and a note is added reflecting the date being set, however on refresh the date value is no longer present. No "removed date" note is present.

This does not appear to affect items that have previously had a date applied, and does not appear to affect work item issues.
