Align Code Quality with Security in MR widget

Description

Code Quality is very similar to Security in the implementation, even if the scope is different. All the improvements that are done for Security can be done almost in the same way for Code Quality. Currently the only data displayed are:

  • Description
  • path

Proposal

Bring Code Quality MR widget at the same level as the Security widget.

Some examples:

  1. change the copy and the summary to reflect the security
  2. allow whitelisting
  3. ?
