Spike: Determine how to add Scanner filtering to the Group Vulnerability Report

While the project Vulnerability Report provides filtering on scanners, the Group Vulnerability report displays a static list of all available Scanner Types

This spike issue is to determine feasibility to extend Split the Tool filter into Scanner and Report T... (#515303 - closed) to the group vulnerability report, allowing both Scanner and Report Type filtering.
