Duo chat height is not restored after browser window resize

How to reproduce

• Open Duo Chat in the Web.
• Open dev tools at the bottom of the screen or just change browser height - chat height is adjusted.
• Close Dev tools or restore browser window to its previous height - the chat stays the same and does not adjust.
