[Feature flag] Cleanup duo_additional_context
Summary
This issue is to cleanup the duo_additional_context
feature flag, after the feature flag has been enabled by default for an appropriate amount of time in production.
- The feature flag will be removed completely.
The feature flag is used to allow for additional context to be added into Duo Chat. This flag was required to allow any of the context to be included. The flag itself being enabled did not allow for any of the /include
commands to be included.
